Shipping, RETURNS AND REFUND Policies


SHIPPING POLICY

Clear Sky Candles offer free standard shipping on orders $100.00 and over to all Australian addresses.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FREE SHIPPING:

This offer is standard shipping only, and does not include Express shipping.

Order value must be $100.00 or more to receive free shipping.

Delivery address can be anywhere in Australia.

This offer can be withdrawn or changed at anytime without notice.


SHIPPING And DELIVERIES

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10.00, and Express shipping is $15.00

Orders would usually take between 3 to 7 business days to be delivered to you, once they have been dispatched from Clear Sky Candles.

Shipping times will depend on your location and other factors including postal and courier industry delays.

We do not guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control.

As most of our range are made to order, (so you can pick which vessel and fragrance you would  like), we aim to dispatch your items  3 days after receiving your order. 


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds are accepted if your item arrives damaged at time of delivery or you have received the wrong item.

If this happens please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery via our email sales@clearskycandles.com.au

We ask that you provide your order number, and photos of the damaged candle in your claim.

Once we have assessed and agreed to your claim we will send out a new candle to your original shipping address or a refund will be processed to your original payment method in a timely manner.


REASONS FOR NOT REFUNDING;

We will not refund if:

You have a change of mind

The candle has been lit

You do not like the fragrance of the candle


We will endeavor to solve any problem that arises so please contact us  on the link below.
